The 9-5 wagons that are around all are pre-production cars that were sold in the auctions following the bankruptcy of Saab, I think it were 27 in total. Some of them came from a prototype production facility, and thus where hand built, while the rest were build on the production line among the normal 9-5. They came with a plate saying they weren’t intended for road use, though most of them are registered by now through some individual vehicle approvals. The FP once had a story about a Dutchguy living in Sweden, registering one through Germany, so it is quite a hassle
